I apparently have an orthodontist appointment today. o.O I haven't been to the orthodontist since I was 14. But they called and it is indeed on my calendar, so...

Ah well. Today is a day of errand-doing anyway, so I shouldn't bitch too much.

My phone is one of those things that will be replaced today. If I can afford it? I'm gonna get an earpiece, because my biggest problem with talking is that I cramp my arm or neck. Without these problems? I will be able to babble for a loooong time. Hee. <3

New stuff all around. I think I really needed a change. I feel mostly better - like I've dropped some weights from my shoulders and shaken off a dark fog which has been really...bothering me lately. I tend to go quiet when things are bothering me, but now, I hope to be talkative and chatty again. :)

This is rubyheart, in case you're wondering who this random person is on your f-list.

Change happens. Sometimes it's slow, sometimes it's instantaneous. I tend to change slowly myself, but the timing for the username purge was perfect.

You can still call me Ruby or Roo - that's still me! Rubyheart - not so much.

The reasoning behind the change was this - I had a lot of sad memories associated with the name Rubyheart and the name Ruby by itself was not available, so I chose Sagiri, which is my name. Not my birthname, but the name a special someone gave to me.

I am still me. Still a raspberry Corgi with the white spots and the odd eyes, so you don't have to worry about that going wonky on you. :)

I just wanted to share - because I wanted you to know that I'm still here - just under a new journal name.

My dear friend narumi Has had a financial blow to her; she is unemployed. Next to that, ALL the money she has in bank accounts and savings have been seized due to some problem. And I know it all too well myself...when you are unemployed, $3000 is a LOT!

I know it is hard to give someone money when you don't even know them...but for those of you that can spare a little nit bit here and there (it all adds up!), please feel free to help out. I helped out, and it does make you feel better knowing you can share someone's trouble and helping them through the day.
